Our marks
WASAY™, the WASAY wordmark and logo, and the names and logos of our ventures are trademarks of WASAY LLC. The ™ symbol indicates a claimed mark; the ® symbol is used only on marks registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, for the goods and services covered by the registration. Our trade dress, including the site’s visual identity, is also protected.
Permitted and prohibited use
- You may refer to WASAY by name in factual, accurate commentary and news reporting.
- You may not use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation, in domain names, social handles, app names or advertising keywords, or in modified or combined form.

Official ventures and domains
The portfolio directory is the single source of truth for every company, product and domain owned or operated by WASAY LLC. Where WASAY writes about one of its own ventures, we disclose that relationship in the article.
Impersonation and fraud
We never ask for payment, credentials or personal documents through social media messages or unsolicited email. If a website, account or person claims to represent WASAY or a venture that is not listed in the directory, treat it as unaffiliated and report it to legal@wasay.com.
